Quarry is a distributed computing marketplace that connects companies requiring computational power with website operators willing to monetize their browser traffic. Our platform facilitates the distribution of computing tasks across a network of participating websites.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quarry's services to:

• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Collect or track the personal information of others
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

Computing Resources

For Compute Providers (Website Operators): By integrating Quarry's code into your website, you authorize us to utilize a portion of your visitors' browser computing resources. You must clearly disclose this usage to your visitors in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

For Compute Consumers (Companies): You agree that any computing tasks submitted through our platform must be lawful and must not involve processing of illegal content, personal data without proper authorization, or any activities that could harm the distributed network.

Payment and Fees

Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on our fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quarry and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quarry, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quarry operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
